Return/Refund Policy
Here at LoopDeLou we strive very hard not to make mistakes. But sometimes they do happen. Looks like we're human after all. Shucks....I was hoping for super hero status. Also, to help cut down on errors, please make sure that your text is entered in exactly as you want it to appear.
Return Policy:
If you receive an order that was printed incorrectly please send us an email with the name of the order, design chosen, what was wrong with order and how we need to fix it. Also we will need to know where to ship the reprint. If you don't have email then just give us a call. We'll get ya all straightened out.

Refund Policy:
We want you to love your final product. If you receive it and don't, then give us a call. We can replace that product for you with something of equal or lesser value. Just be sure to ship the original back to us.
Since each item is personalized, we can not offer refunds.
Privacy Policy
It is very important to us that your information be kept confidential. We do require some personal information during the check out process. Don't worry, blood samples are not required, just your address and email and stuff like that. We will not sell this information to any other company. We may occasionally use your email to send out the latest happenings with LoopDeLou, which when you receive these you can easily click a link to remove your name from our mailing list.
We can assure you that this site is private. If however, we ever link to any other site, we can not guarantee the privacy of that site.

Delivery Information
Orders are printed and shipped within 5-7 business days of us receiving the order. Items usually take 2 to 3 days in route. All orders are shipped via USPS.
