I must say that I really love Starbucks. I know that some people view it as ridiculous. They're all like "Why? Why would you pay so much for a cup of coffee?" Well I'll tell you why....because it is magical.
That's right, I just called Starbucks magical. I love the white chocolate mocha. No matter how many different flavors of coffee creamer I purshase at "the Wal-Marts", I can never get anything that tastes as divine as that white chocolate. I also love their caramal apple ciders. But I don't order that unless it's fall.
'Cause I have a weird thing about fall food and drinks. For example, I only eat chilli in the fall and I only like trail mix in the fall. I also only cook soups in the fall. Something about the leaves turning colors brings out the need to throw things together in a big pot and simmer.
Speaking of fall. It's not fall here. It's very much in the middle of summer. And it is hot. It's the kind of hot that when I walk outside after spending 20 minutes straighting my hair, it immediatly turns to a frizzy mess kind of hot.
Humidity is not my hair's BFF. Actually it is it's worst enemy. You see I happened to be blessed with naturally wavy hair. Not naturly curly, not naturally straight, but a natural mix of wave and frizz. I had the perfect 80's hair. But since now we are in the 2000's going natural doesn't quit fit in with modern day culture. And teasing with Agua Net doesn't sound appealing.
And you may ask what this has to do with stationery and my response might be something like this: Nothing. Nothing at all. But today just happens to be your lucky day. The day that you stumbled upon this life changing blog post.
You can email me all the ways it has affected your life. I'm sure I will be touched. I promise that I will try harder to come up with fantastic blog material for your reading pleasure, but today....well, it just wasn't the day. I can't seem to quit thinking about Starbucks.
